Gayla was raised in Dallas, Texas with 3 siblings. As a child, Gayla had aspirations of being a doctor. Never in a million years did she think she’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you will discover what you’re meant to do in life.

Gayla was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what she did. And she worked hard. As the years went by, Gayla worked her way from office management to accounting, never wavering in her resolve to become the best version of herself with each career move.

Gayla entered the real estate industry in 2006 when she helped sell her employer’s home in 3 days. The sense of ease and fun she had while engaged in that process gave her the lightbulb moment of “I can do this!” Her creativity, strong work ethic, and love of helping others set her on a course to help as many clients as possible to buy, sell and invest.

As her career advanced, Gayla found her stride working with sellers in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. She became an expert at making things happen quickly and at the best price possible, no matter what that price range may be. The highest dollar contract Gayla achieved for one client is $4.4 million for a 72-unit apartment complex.

Throughout her career, Gayla has earned fame for selling homes in less than 60 days, often in under 30 days, and even a few within only 2-3 days. Effective strategies WORK!

Gayla lives in Edinburg, Texas with her baby, Bentley, a tiny, energetic white Maltese. In her free time, she enjoys small dinner parties with good friends, classical guitar music, reading for fun, and continually learning.
